Principal Message

Dear parents and students,

By God’s grace, we are gathered once again on our beautiful campus to welcome a new academic year filled with hope. On behalf of the school, I extend my most sincere blessings for the new term to all teachers and students, and a warm welcome to the new teachers and students joining our big family! May you embark on a fresh chapter of school life in this loving and joyful environment, and may God bless you with health in body, mind, and spirit.

With God’s guidance and the faithful dedication of our past principals, our school has steadfastly upheld its mission to deliver high-quality holistic Christian education. I am committed to working hand-in-hand with our entire teaching and school staff to pursue excellence. It is our prayer that our school will remain a beacon of light in this district—discovering our students' potential, building right values, and nurturing our children to become true "Soldiers of Christ" for this generation.

Ephesians 6:10–11 reminds us: "Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God..." Through Christian and values education, we guide our students to follow the example of Jesus Christ. At the same time, through diverse service-learning experiences, students learn to proactively serve others, foster positive values, and achieve the unity of knowledge and practice.

In this era of rapid developments in information technology and artificial intelligence, being "Soldiers of Christ" requires us to cultivate strong digital literacy and a passion for continuous discovery. It is my earnest hope that our students will not only master technological tools, but also develop independent critical thinking skills to discern truth from falsehood, upholding honesty and goodness in the digital world. As James 1:5 states: "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." May our students harness the power of digital tools for self-directed learning, exercise their creativity to explore the unknown, and use technology as a force to serve others and care for the vulnerable—shining as light and salt in the digital age.

I firmly believe that every "Yuen Hei Child" is a unique treasure in God’s eyes, blessed with infinite potential. Challenges and setbacks are natural during the journey of innovative learning, but as long as we persevere, every effort brings us one step closer to personal growth. To encourage you all, I would like to leave you with this scripture verse: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)

Let us trust in God and walk hand-in-hand to embrace the future with noble character and an exploratory spirit. May we prove ourselves as worthy Soldiers of Christ and take on the exciting challenges of this new school year together!

Wishing you all fruitful academic progress, spiritual growth, and robust health in the year ahead. May the Lord bless you all! Thank you!
